How do returns and refunds work?

If your device is faulty or damaged, we offer a Free Replacement Guarantee without asking you to return the original item, saving you time and postage costs.

My item arrived damaged or is faulty, what do I do?

Simply email us at support@skin-revive.co.uk with your order number and a short video or photo showing the defect.

We understand that returning a broken item is a hassle. Once our team verifies the defect via your footage, we will immediately dispatch a brand new replacement free of charge. You do not need to visit the post office or pay for return shipping. You can dispose of the faulty unit safely.

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order for a full refund within 6 hours of placing it.

After 6 hours, your order is automatically sent to our global logistics centre for immediate dispatch and cannot be stopped. If you wish to cancel after this window, you must wait for the item to be delivered before contacting us. Please note, we do not accept cancellations while the goods are in transit.

What if my tracking says 'Delivered' but I don't have it?

Skin Revive cannot be held liable for lost or stolen parcels if the courier's tracking provides photographic evidence of delivery (Proof of Delivery).

We recommend ensuring you have a safe place for parcels to be left. If your parcel is marked as delivered but missing:

  • Check with neighbours or your designated safe place.
  • Check the delivery photo provided in the tracking link.
  • Contact the courier (Royal Mail / Evri) immediately to raise a dispute.

While we are not financially responsible for theft after delivery, please contact our team, and we will do our best to assist you with courier details to help your claim.

How long do refunds take to process?

Refunds are processed within 5 working days of approval.

Once approved, the funds will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.). Please note that it may take your bank an additional 3–5 working days to officially post the funds to your account.
