My tracking number isn't working yet?
Don't worry! Tracking numbers are generated immediately when your order is packed, but it can take 24–48 hours for the courier to scan the parcel and update their system. Please check back tomorrow.
Why hasn't the status updated in a few days?
This is normal for international shipments. Your parcel is currently in transit between our Global Distribution Hub and the UK. The tracking will update rapidly once the parcel clears UK Customs and is handed over to Royal Mail/Evri for the final mile delivery.
Which courier will deliver my parcel?
Once your item arrives in the UK, it will be delivered by a trusted local partner, typically Royal Mail or Evri. You can use your same tracking number on their websites once the parcel is in the country.
