Shipping & Returns
How long does delivery take?
Most UK orders arrive within 6–10 working days via our Standard Insured Shipping service.

We ship directly from our global logistics hubs to keep prices affordable. If you chose Priority Processing at checkout, your order skips the queue and typically arrives in 5–8 working days.

Do you provide tracking?
Yes, every single order is tracked.

You will receive a tracking number via email 1-3 days after placing your order. You can use this number to track your parcel via Royal Mail or Evri once it lands in the UK.

What is your returns policy?
We have a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If your item is faulty, we will replace it for free.

Because we operate efficiently to keep costs low, we do not require you to return damaged items. Simply send us a photo or video of the fault to support@skin-revive.co.uk, and we will dispatch a replacement immediately.

Orders & Payments
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, but only within 6 hours of placing the order.

Our system automatically sends orders to our warehouse for dispatch after 6 hours to ensure fast shipping. Once an order is in the "Processing" state, we cannot stop it. You would need to wait for delivery before we can assist further.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for secure checkout.

Product & Safety
Is the LED device safe for sensitive skin?
Yes, our devices use non-invasive LED light therapy which is generally safe for all skin types.

However, if you have highly sensitive skin or a specific skin condition (like rosacea or eczema), we recommend using the device on the lowest setting first and consulting your dermatologist.

How often should I use it?

For best results, we recommend using your Skin Revive device for 5–10 minutes per day, 3–5 times a week. Consistency is key to seeing visible improvements in skin texture and tone.

Should I use serum with the device?
Absolutely! Using a water-based serum or conductive gel can enhance the results.

Apply your favourite serum before using the device. The massage action helps the product absorb deeper into the skin (unlike oil-based products which may block the light).

Do I need to replace the batteries?

No, our Premium LED Face Massager is fully rechargeable via USB. A charging cable is included in the box.
